This is super fun to do by yourself on a self care Sunday, with a family member, or a group of girlfriends.

Best Tips For An At Home Facial
1. Hair Band
First thing you’re going to want to do is keep your hair out of your face during your diy facial.
I like using a non slip fabric one like these ones below. They are cute and affordable.
You’ll want something that stays put during your at home facial steps!
2. Cleansing Brush
Once you have your hair out of your face, then you’ll want to cleanse your face really well for the ultimate diy at home facial.
I find using a cleansing brush cleans WAY better then just using a cleanser.
I like this cleansing brush because it’s gentle but effective, is super affordable, and has great reviews.
3. Facial Steamer
Once the face is cleansed, now is a great time to use a facial steamer.
A facial steamer can really help soften the skin, making it easier to remove blackheads.
A steamer also helps the skin look hydrated and glowy and is great to do before applying serums and masks.
This is probably one of my favorite at home facial products because it feels super luxurious!
4. Blackhead Remover
If you have a lot of blackheads, you’ll want to remove them for the best at home facial.
A good blackhead remover is great to have in your at home facial kit because they can be super effective at removing blackheads.

5. Exfoliating Brush
Exfoliation is great during a facial but you’ll want to make sure it’s gentle.
I love a soft silicone exfoliating brush for this reason as it’s super gentle on the skin.
6. Face Mask
Is a facial even a facial without some type of face mask?
There are tons of different face masks out there.
Sheet masks are great but masks you can apply with a brush is super fun as well.
7. Under Eye Patches
Under eye patches are great for puffiness and truly give you that spa feel.
These are great not just during an at home facial, but they’re fantastic to wear while getting ready to go out.
8. Red Light Therapy Mask
I was a bit skeptic about these masks because they look kinda intimidating, but the reviews on these are really good!
Some of them claim to treat acne, help with redness and wrinkles, and other skin issues.
9. Ice Roller
Ice rollers not only feel great but are fun to use and are fantastic for puffiness.
Using this feels so refreshing and gives your face a nice massage.
10. Face Roller
Speaking of giving your face a massage, a face roller is fantastic during a diy at home facial!
Not only does this feel great but I love using this to apply cream or serum to my face.
It makes the experience seem so much more luxurious and it feels like it really gets the cream or serum into my skin.

11. Mini Towel Warmer
This may seem a bit extra (and it totally is) but this takes an at home facial to the next level.
I absolutely love any excuse to have warm towels at hand, and during a diy facial is no exception.
Having a nice warm towel to put on your face during your at home facial routine makes it that much more special.
It also feels sooooo much better when I put my serum and creams on after I warm my face.
12. Serum
There are tons of different serums out there with really great results.
I like this brand in particular and have heard really great things about them.
They are super affordable and seem like good quality as well.
13. Moisturizer
And last but definitely not least to have the best at home facial is to finish off with a good quality moisturizer.
I personally absolutely love this moisturizer and since I tried it, I have never bothered trying a different moisturizer.
This leave me with the dewiest looking skin and feels amazing on.
It’s super hydrating and makes my skin glowy without breaking me out.
It’s a little pricey but a tiny amount goes a long way so it lasts a long time.
