Best Tips on How to Look Smarter
1. Have Good Posture
When we think of someone who is smart we probably imagine someone who is standing upright as opposed to slouched.
Having good posture is not only a good habit for our bodies, but it can also make us look smarter.
But it can be super difficult to have good posture especially these days when we are constantly hunched over our phones and computers.
Try and practice good posture throughout the day when you remember.
Exercise that includes strength training and stretching can help a lot as well.
Some people who struggle with practicing good posture or forget to practice, find a posture corrector helpful.
This one is pretty affordable and has really great reviews.
2. Style Your Hair
Believe it or not, but certain hairstyles can make you look smarter than others.
A sleek low bun or a nice classy blow out looks really professional and smart.
I am terrible at doing hair, like really bad, so I really like using a blow dry brush because it makes giving myself a blow out incredibly EASY.
This is the one I use below, and I absolutely love it! It’s great to use on a Sunday night to blow out your hair and then you can maintain it throughout the week with a straightener.
When my hair starts to get dirty or greasy, I style it in a sleek low bun until it’s time to wash my hair again.
This helps me have good looking hair throughout the week with minimal effort.

3. Wake Up Early
Sleeping in til noon doesn’t exactly scream smart. When we think of someone who seems smart we think of someone who wakes up early and gets stuff done early.
Waking up early can be super difficult if you are not used to it so the key is to take small steps.
If you usually wake up at 10 or 11 don’t try and immediately start waking up at 5 or 6 in the morning. You probably won’t stick to it which might discourage you. Instead try going to bed 15 min earlier each night and waking up 15 min earlier each day.
I also found using a sunrise alarm clock made a HUGE difference in being able to get up early.
It has a sunrise light and nature sounds which helps your body wake up gradually, and believe me, this made such a difference!
It helped waking up early so much easier and I would also wake up feeling more rested than when I was woken up suddenly with a loud annoying alarm.

I personally love using adult coloring books in the evening to relax, they are so much fun and It’s a great way to wind down.

Smart people don’t usually swear a lot because it doesn’t look professional.
